  • 24+ hours notice: Free cancellation or rescheduling
  • 12-24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee may apply
  • Less than 12 hours notice: Full consultation fee may be charged
  • No-show: Full consultation fee will be charged

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by:

Emergency Exceptions: In case of genuine medical emergencies, cancellation fees may be waived. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel due to a medical emergency.

3. Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your appointment up to 2 times without penalty. Subsequent rescheduling may require a new appointment booking. We recommend rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

2. Fee Structure

Consultation fees and charges:

  • Specialist Consultation: ₹800 - ₹1500
  • Super Specialist: ₹1500 - ₹2500
  • Emergency Consultation: ₹1000 - ₹2000
  • Diagnostic Tests: Varies based on test type
  • Procedures and Treatments: Estimated before service

3. Billing and Invoices

After your consultation or treatment, you will receive an itemized bill with all charges. For insurance claims, we will provide all necessary documentation. Please ensure your insurance information is provided at the time of registration.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments: Full refund within 7-10 business days
  • Canceled appointments (within policy): Refund as per cancellation policy
  • Service not provided: Full refund
  • Medication returns: Subject to pharmacy policy
Note: All payments must be made before receiving services unless prior credit arrangements have been made. We reserve the right to update our fee structure with prior notice.
